  • Planning – Working closely with the Transition Team
  • Budgeting – Working closely with Developer to create an accurate budget for the Community
  • Processing of Subdivision Bonds – Working with Developers and formulating timelines to ensure release of Developer Bonds after Completion of Community
  • Creating of the Governing Documents or Rules and Regulation Documents:
    • CC&Rs – Governs homeowner’s rights and restrictions in a clear and concise manner
    • Bylaws – Reflects how the Association is run
* Governing Documents are in place to protect the best interests of the Community as a whole
  • Accounting:
    • Ensuring accurate homeowner ledgers based on Dues Payments received, and any other income plan implemented
    • Ensuring all Vendors are entered into the Accounting Software system and all Account Payables are processed
    • Monthly Comprehensive Reconciled Reporting from the Onset
  • Guidelines for Architectural Design Requirements:
    • Management of the Architectural process
  • Maintenance:
    • Providing Homeowners with Preventative Maintenance Guidelines unique to the design of the Community and/or Subdivision
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all Homeowners are being compliant during the buildout phase
