- Planning – Working closely with the Transition Team
- Budgeting – Working closely with Developer to create an accurate budget for the Community
- Processing of Subdivision Bonds – Working with Developers and formulating timelines to ensure release of Developer Bonds after Completion of Community
- Creating of the Governing Documents or Rules and Regulation Documents:
- CC&Rs – Governs homeowner’s rights and restrictions in a clear and concise manner
- Bylaws – Reflects how the Association is run
* Governing Documents are in place to protect the best interests of the Community as a whole
- Accounting:
- Ensuring accurate homeowner ledgers based on Dues Payments received, and any other income plan implemented
- Ensuring all Vendors are entered into the Accounting Software system and all Account Payables are processed
- Monthly Comprehensive Reconciled Reporting from the Onset
- Guidelines for Architectural Design Requirements:
- Management of the Architectural process
- Maintenance:
- Providing Homeowners with Preventative Maintenance Guidelines unique to the design of the Community and/or Subdivision
- Compliance:
- Ensure all Homeowners are being compliant during the buildout phase
